Lord, we often feel ourselves to be too small

Lord, we often feel ourselves to be too small and incapable. But you are there, we have faith in you. You accept us as we are
with our qualities and our defects. So we feel ourselves to be loved and respected.
Lord, make us aware of those around us. In our turn, let us go toward those who are alone, discouraged, scorned. Put into our
lips the words which bring joy, gentleness, forgiveness and hope.
Open our hands so they can receive and give signs of peace, tenderness and friendship.
Lord, it is your Spirit which guides us, fortifies us, invigorates us and gives us the courage to stand on our feet.
