God, allow me to remain firm in faith and do not permit me to yield to doubt.
Not because my prayer is good but because You are Truth (. . .)
Almighty God, remind us always that no one can do us harm, without harming himself a thousand times more in your eyes.
Assure that we thus be led
rather than to strike,
to have pity rather than hatred (. . .)
inspire us to reject all hatred
and all sense of discord so that we may live with others like true children of God, saying in perfect friendship
not “My Father” but “Our Father.”
